TalkMe Learner Terms
These terms explain how you may use TalkMe. Creating an account and selecting “Agree & start speaking” means you accept them.
1. The service
TalkMe is an AI-assisted language practice product operated by INSPIRED AI PTE. LTD. It provides generated conversations, language suggestions and learning feedback. The service is for learning and general information, not professional advice.
2. Account access
You may use the interactive product after registering, accepting these terms and maintaining a valid account. You are responsible for your login details and activity on your account. Do not share access or attempt to bypass service protections.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use TalkMe to create illegal, abusive, deceptive, sexually exploitative or rights-infringing content; compromise systems; extract models or data; or disrupt access for others. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for safety, security or legal compliance.
4. AI limitations
AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate or culturally imperfect. You should check important information independently. Do not rely on TalkMe for medical, legal, financial, emergency or other high-stakes decisions.
5. Your content
You keep rights in the content you submit. You allow us and our AI infrastructure providers to process it only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service. Please do not submit confidential information or personal information about others without permission.
6. Availability and changes
The service may change, pause or become unavailable. We may update these terms and will present material changes when a new acceptance is required.
